The F9000 key is a mechatronic key capable of interacting with F9000 compatible cylinders and provides a user experience similar to the mechanical key, in fact once programmed, the key can be used on all compatible mechanical cylinders in an easy and intuitive way.

A single key can open different doors in various time zones and on specific days, thanks to the ease of programming offered by Luckey. Furthermore, the key is protected against duplication for greater security and makes it possible to trace each entry, as well as any attempts at unauthorized entry.

The new F9000 mechatronic system integrated with Luckey software perfectly serves all those cases in which neither electronic wiring nor batteries are allowed or preferred. Sofia Locks brings smart access and digital control to sporadically employed gates, ATEX-certified gates (where flammable sources are not allowed), and mixed mechanical and electrical-operated buildings.

The Mechatronic cylinders

The F9000 mechatronic cylinder requires no wiring and has no battery. For this reason, it is full-size compatible with any mechanical cylinder, and can be easily installed in place of a purely mechanical cylinder. The cylinder meets all the safety and flexibility requirements for complex master key systems since it has the highest resistance against perforation, tearing, extraction, and impact, in fact, they are certified IP66 according to the EN 15684: 2012 standard.

The F9000 Mechatronic Key

The F9000 mechatronic keys have a great shock and water-resistant polycarbonate casing that contains the system electronics, batteries, and a nickel-silver metal stem suitable for cylinders with protectors.

The F9000 key has a UID (Unique Identifier) laser engraved on the back of the body, which allows you to register the user key with the desired credentials in the Luckey software. As we will see in the following chapters, it will then be necessary to write the access authorizations on the key via the validator or via the Luckey mobile application to allow the user to open the selected Smart Locks.
